|Perl Update||Tuesday 21st November 2006|
Well, I finally downloaded an older version of Perl, and it still didn't work.|
It turns out that the Wrap.pm file has been moved, and the fix, is rather simple. From your Perl /bin directory (if it's not in your path), simply type:
ppm install IO::Stringy
|BugZilla Installation Problems||Monday 20th November 2006|
I've been getting this error when installing BugZilla 2.22 on Windows 2003 Server, running Apache 2.22, with ActivePerl 18.104.22.1689.|
"Can't locate IO/Wrap.pm in @INC (@INC contains: . C:/Perl/site/lib C:/Perl/lib) at C:/Perl/site/lib/MIME/Parser.pm line 134."
I tried fixing this by moving the Wrap.pm file into the IO directory of Perl's lib. But more files were missing which I couldn't find elsewhere in the installation.
A bit of searching and somebody else has fixed the issue by downloading ActivePerl 22.214.171.1247 instead.
Alas, our proxy scanner doesn't seem to want to allow me to have the MSI. It's not complaining about a virus or anything, just sitting scanning for 20 minutes. Gotta love corporate security.
|Update||Friday 3rd November 2006|
Not a lot to say, just a lot to do. My house is currently being drastically overhauled, and I'm spending most my days at work struggling to get BizTalk 2006 to work...
